Benefits of Group Coaching
Discover how the many benefits of group coaching help people achieve their goals.
One-on-one coaching is available to individuals and couples who prefer more concentrated time with the coach. Some people begin with group coaching and move to one-on-one coaching in order to work on additional goals apart from the group. This creates a more in-depth and personal experience, which is preferred by some clients.
The Retirement Success Profile (RSP) is used for individual clients or a couple who would like more in-depth retirement planning. The RSP requires individual interpretation and is an excellent tool for planning. Although clients taking the RSP can work with the coach for an indefinite amount of time, it is recommended that the client work with the coach using the following time frame and sequence. Clients can use more time if needed.
Before the first session, the client or couple is asked to complete the Retirement Success Profile online and receives immediate results.
Session 1 — The Retirement Coach facilitates the interpretation and understanding of the Retirement Success Profile and answers any questions regarding the outcome of the assessment. The RSP is then used in the following sessions.
